The stunning 30A corridor in South Walton County, Florida, has become one of the most sought-after destinations on the Gulf Coast. Every evening all the kids are outdoors riding bikes and playing until dark! There's a great mix of all ages within the community.)

Popular neighborhoods with many full time residents besides Watersound Origins include Driftwood, Paradise Cove, Cypress Breeze Plantation,  Eagle Bay Landing, Point Washington, Church Street Village, and Audubon Point. These neighborhoods are priced from $400k plus. There are also many residents who choose to live in neighboring areas such as Freeport and Panama City Beach.
