There's several area pools including Camp Creek (pictured left, part of the Watersound Club). Most neighborhoods also have their own community pool

Scenic highway 30a is 17 miles and a bike trail runs the whole way. There's also many other state parks, forests, and towns with bike trails. (pictured left is the my daughter biking from Alys Beach to school with Ohana for Earth Day).

There's many area golf courses including the Watersound Origins neighborhood course, Shark's Tooth (pictured left) (part of the Watersound Club), The Third (part of the Watersound Club), Wild Heron (part of the Watersound Club), Santa Rosa Beach Golf Club, Baytowne Golf, Seascape Golf, and more.

There's so many places to paddle including the Coastal Dune Lakes (Lake Helen pictured left) and the beaches. The State Parks have paddle rentals. Watersound Club includes complementary use of paddleboards and kayaks for member use at the beach.

Pickleball is becoming so popular here! There's public courts behind Dune Lakes Elementary. There's neighborhood tennis and pickleball courts for Watersound Origins residents, and separate courts for Naturewalk at Origins. The Watersound Club has courts at Camp Creek and the Beach Club.

There's many area playgrounds including Alys Beach (pictured left, Rosemary Beach Playground, many neighborhoods have playgrounds like Watersound Origins and Naturewalk, Grayton Beach State Park, The Village of Baytowne Wharf, and more.

There's so many annual holiday events including Mardi Gras Parades, The Nutcracker in Seaside, Easter Egg Hunt in Rosemary Beach, The Witch Ride in Grayton Beach, and more!

The area boasts abundant inshore and offshore fishing opportunities, with Gulf Coast waters teeming with species like redfish, trout, snapper, flounder, and king mackerel. Anglers can cast their lines from the shore, a pier, or take a charter boat for a deep-sea adventure. The area is also full of ponds, and lakes! (Watersound Origins area lake pictured left)
